  • Most excellent paella. Love it. I come as often as I can. They have a variety of tapas to please anyone. Very busy, but that is because of how good they are. The staff are so great and so helpful. As Simply Spanish is at South Melbourne market the parking can be tricky. I've always gone by public transport, or uber.

  • We had seafood paella, empanada, meatballs, mushroom appetizer (forgot the name cause it was sooo good!), and the beef ribs. Cant argue, its really the best paella you can have in Melbourne. The serving of empanada is really small, its only as long as pinky finger, the beef ribs, patatas bravas, and meatballs were so-so, mushroom in garlic and butter is very very tasty, tho, must try! Complimentary bread and dip is also good btw

  • Awesome place, recommend by friend of mine while traveling for short visit at Melbourne. Located in the popular South Melbourne market, plenty of seating options including patio which is suitable for people watch. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the market while enjoying an authentic Spanish meal and drink. The "apple rhubarb crumble" was exceptionally good.

  • Hands down one of the best Paellas you will find in Melbourne. Great options to stray away from the normal Paella range. Entrees are fantastic, chargrilled Calamari and Honey Glazed pumpkin unbelievable.

  • Amazing tapes and paella. Best one I have had around Melbourne. Dine in to try different flavoured paella's. We had the pulled pork and mushroom paella and that was so good. If you dont have time, the takeaway main paella they sell is also amazing and have returned for that many times!
